On August 2, 2010, Jean-Marc Denommé died peacefully at home in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec at the age of 87. He was a major contributor to the book. Jean-Marc was the Vice-Rector at the Université du Quebec, Chicoutimi until his retirement. He was a published author writing several books on pedagogy which he co-authored with his wife Madeleine Roy. For the past 10 years, Jean-Marc and Madeleine traveled to Vietnam each year to provide training sessions to teachers and provide guidance in the set up of a school of education in Hanoi.

After a two year battle with Cancer, Art's wife and best friend, Denise Denomme died March 22, 2010 at the Maison Vale Inco Hospice in Sudbury, Ontario with family and friends beside her. She was 55 years of age. Denise was an extraordinary person. She wrote down a list of 100 things she wanted to do before she died. Number 39 was"Make at least one person feel good each day". Number 45 was "Let people know I care for them". She made these two things a part of who she was every day. Art would like to thank everyone for the messages and cards of hope sent to her during her two year battle. They helped lift our spirits and made the journey a little easier.

On November 7, 2009, Philip Denomme died at the Windsor Regional Hospital, Windsor, Ontario at the age of 66. He was a major contributor to the book. Philip was Manager of Advertising Services at Hiram Walker and Sons in Windsor until his retirement. He was passionate about genealogy and not only researched the Denomme family, but also other founding families of Huron County. Other passions included reading, book collecting, travel and his Porsche Boxter. He is survived by his wife Joan.

The book has been shipped to Canadian and U.S. customers since April 2006.
